Corporate Wellness Program Outline and Pricing Info

Session 1: Greens
During this session the counselor will not only introduce the audience to green leafy vegetables that are missing in current American diet but will also discuss their health benefits (blood purification, cancer prevention, improved circulation, strengthen immune system, lifted spirit and elimination of depression, etc) that are especially important for city people who rarely see fields of green in open countryside.

Session 2: Grains
Many fashionable diet theories today are advising people to avoid carbohydrates, naming them as a culprit in America's obesity crisis. This advice is a huge and faulty generalization. By looking at the delicate, thin bodies of Japanese people, who consume high-carbohydrate diets composed of large amount of rice and starchy vegetables, it's impossible to conclude that all carbs lead to weight gain.
Complex and simple carbohydrates will be discussed in this session. Understanding which one of them and why has more health benefits (content of essential enzymes, iron, fiber and vitamins) than the other, can make a tremendous difference in one's food choices and therefore, an overall health.

Session 3: Protein
The current American diet trends encourage an increase in protein consumption (and carbohydrate reduction) while common symptoms of too mush protein include low energy, constipation, dehydration, lethargy, heavy feeling, weight gain, stiff joints, etc. While there is another belief system that we don't need a lot of protein. It encourages people to eat too little protein that follow common symptoms: sweet cravings, feeling spacey and jittery, fatigue, weight loss, loss of healthy color in the facial area, feeling weak, anemia, skin inflammation (in sever cases) and pot belly (in sever cases). Both: pros and cons of protein will be discussed in this session. The audience will decide for itself which approach will suit them well. The information given during this session is fundamental.

Session 4: Sugar and Sweet Addictions (Part I)
Almost everyone craves sweets. Many people view cravings as weakness, but in reality they are important messages meant to assist body in maintaining balance. What causes the craving and how to deal with an addiction will be discussed in this session.

Session 5: Cravings (Part II)
Sugar and Coffee are two major addictions in the present American society. There are eight causes of cravings. What they are and how to read the signs of what message the body is trying to send through a craving is the main subject of this session.
Blood Type Diet guideline for proper nutrition will be discussed as well.
